Before the arrangement of the classes, the students are advised to do the free assessment or trial. This is for the student to meet the teacher and for the teacher to assess the learner’s prior knowledge.
Registration/Booking of Classes/ Payment
Full or 50% partial payment of fees must be made at the time of registration. Payment can be made via credit card or cash.
Scheduling of classes must be agreed on by the student and the assigned teacher before the classes begin.
No classes shall be given without payment.
Students should complete their classes within three (3) months starting from registration date. Remaining hours after three (3) months are forfeited.
If the student is late, the class will still be considered as one session.
All schedule changes must be made known to and approved by the Center.The student may reschedule the classes at least 24 hours before the class.
Cancellation of a Scheduled Class
Euclid Center understands that events may arise that could prevent students from attending their classes. However, cancellations must be minimized as much as possible.
If a student wishes to cancel his/her class, he/she must contact the center at least 4 hours before the class. If the student failed to do so, the class will be forfeited.
In the event that the student does not show up for a scheduled class without notifying the center, the class will be forfeited.
Full refund of fees is given if Euclid cancels the remaining classes.Once the sessions have started, no refund is issued if the student wishes to cancel the remaining classes.
