Q1 How qualified are the teachers at Euclid?

A1 All teachers at Euclid have years of experience teaching in their fields, and meet high requirements set forth by Euclid.

Q2 What are the working hours at Euclid?

A2 Euclid is open Saturday through Wednesday, from 10 am till 10 pm, Thursday, from 12 pm to 10 pm, and Friday, from 2 pm to 10 pm.

Q3 What sort of packages does Euclid offer?

A3 We offer a 12-hour package, good for one month. For three months, we also offer 12, 16, 20, 24 and 28-hour packages. For those in need of a certificate, the minimum amount of hours demanded by KHDA is 30 hours. We provide 2 free hours for those who take 28 hours to meet that requirement.

Q4 Does Euclid offer long distance learning?

A4 Yes. Through the use of Skype, our teachers are able to reach students who face difficulty making it to Euclid.

Q5 Where exactly is Euclid located?

A5 We are located near Starbucks and Caribou in Uptown Mirdif, Mirdif, Dubai, UAE.

Q6 Does Euclid conduct IELTS, SAT, etc.?

A6 We only offer preparation, and we have the exam dates to help advise the students on when to take them.

Q7 Is there an age restriction at Euclid?

A7 Yes. The minimum age we admit is [to be decided.]

Q8 Is Euclid KHDA-approved?

A8 Yes. The Knowledge and Human Development Authority approves of Euclid.

Q9 Does Euclid offer any placement tests that I can take to determine how many classes I need?

A9 Yes. We offer free placement tests, which help our teachers determine your current level, and what you need to exceed it.

Q10 Can I reschedule a class that I have already booked?

A10 Yes, but no less than 4 hours before class.

Q11 Does Euclid provide studying material?

A11 Yes.

Q12 Does Euclid provide mock exams?

A12 Yes. We offer mock exams at Euclid, and for free.
